It was very good exept for on little thing I asked for 2 dounuts one strawberry frosted with sprinkles and the other one to be blueberry. I got both of these things but they gave me another dounut I think it was cinnamon I think

They’re fast but there tends of be a fair amount of mistakes with the orders. I go pretty often and 1/3 of the times I eat the wrong item, or there’s something wrong with the item.

I order almost 98% of the time via the Dunkin app. Drive thru is typically the way to go, waiting in the store in the morning can be tough. Typically only one employee is working the counter making all the orders themselves, so even ordering on the go, you still have to wait 15 minutes for a drink. Consistency of the order being right is only 70%.
